1. Change of Mind Returns

If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind, you may request an exchange subject to the following conditions:

  • Returns accepted for 14 days from receiving the product
  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in resalable condition.
  • Return shipping to be borne by customer for sending back the product in original packaging.
  • If a parcel is marked “Return to Sender”, any postage fees incurred by us will be deducted from your refund or credit.
  • Returned goods will be inspected upon receipt, and exchanges will only be approved if the product is confirmed to be in resalable condition.

2. Incorrect Item Purchased

3. Faulty or Defective Goods
